We manage projects with a professional internal ERP software that covers different parts of collaboration: project management, phases, tasks, progress status, team coordination, work tracking, and important project records. This structure helps execution move forward more transparently, traceably, and consistently.
We have prepared part of the required development infrastructure internally, from mirror services and auxiliary development resources to tools that reduce the team's dependence on external services during access limitations or disruptions. These infrastructures help keep development more stable, faster, and more controllable.
Code should not only work; it should be readable, extensible, and maintainable.
For important parts of the project, we provide technical documentation, setup notes, and explanations of the code structure.
In design and development, we pay attention to authentication, access levels, data validation, and secure communication.
After delivery, the project should still be easy to extend and improve, not break seriously with every small change.
Whenever possible, the project structure is designed so later phases and new capabilities can be added.
When agreed, we stay with the product after delivery for bug fixes, improvements, and later development.
